Information we receive

When you email us, we receive the contact details and message you choose to send. Our hosting provider may also process basic technical information, such as IP address, browser type, and access logs, to deliver and secure the site.

Site measurement and reliability

We may use Cloudflare Web Analytics to understand aggregated visits, page performance, and referral sources. If enabled, Umami may record privacy-conscious interaction events such as a download or support-button click, and Sentry may receive technical error details to help us fix site problems. These services are used only to operate and improve Grace in Stillness, not to build advertising profiles or sell personal information.

How we use it

We use this information to reply to you, provide requested help, respond to a custom request, protect the site, and meet legal obligations. We do not sell personal information or use it for unrelated advertising.

Voluntary support through PayPal

Support payments are processed by PayPal. We do not collect or store card or bank details on this website. PayPal may provide the information needed to identify and reconcile a support payment, such as the supporter’s name, email address, and amount. PayPal handles payment information under its own Privacy Statement.

Sharing and retention

We share information only with service providers needed to operate the site or process a payment, or when required by law. We keep correspondence and support records only for as long as reasonably needed for the purpose they were collected, then delete or anonymise them where practical.
